Current Class Investigations

Appleton, Magnanimo & Dean, LLP is investigating potential class action claims against other employers, including claims for:

Chemical Waste Management, Inc. - Hourly Workers (Kettleman Hills Facility)

The Class Representative on behalf of herself and the class members has entered into a settlement agreement. On August 18, 2008, the Kings County Superior Court granted final approval of the settlement.
